This a residential neighborhood, so neighbors are quiet and friendly. We are just a few steps from Restaurants, Beaches, Breakfast places, YMCA, Newport Beach House (Wedding Venue), Aquidneck Island Acupuncture, Cumberland Gas Station, Elemental Surf & Skate shop, Ice cream, Beauty Bar, Liquor Store, Pubs and Dunlap Wheeler Park. (Most of these places are on 138A - Aquidneck Ave.) And again, we are right in the middle of the two most popular beaches in Newport: First Beach (Easton's Beach) and Second Beach (Sachuest Beach).

If you want to get around by car, from November 1st to April 30th parking is free in the Public Parking Lots and Meters by the beach. If you want to stop by Downtown Newport and park your car so you can walk around, there are Meters in front of shops and restaurants. Also, Mary St. Public Parking Lot is a great place to park. It is well located and it has a lot of spots. If you want to walk around and leave your car in the apartment's parking lot, totally fine as well. I'll list some places nearby that are just a few steps and within walking distance from our place! - 0.7 miles (14 min walk) to First Beach. - 1.1 miles (18 min walk) to Second Beach - 0.6 miles (11 min walk) to Tickets Bar & Grille (Restaurant) - 0.3 miles (6 min walk) to Johnny's Restaurant at the Wyndham Newport Hotel (one of my favorites, love their chicken piccata and roasted rack of lamb) - 0.5 miles to Cumberland Farms Gas Station - 0.6 miles to Mission Npt (Hamburguers) Downtown: - 1.4 miles to Cliff Walk (near First Beach) - 2 miles to Tennis Hall of Fame Things to do: - 2.6 miles to The Breakers Mansion - 2.4 miles to Downtown Newport - 2.6 miles to Newport Vineyards (Brix Restaurant inside and wine tasting) Groceries: - Plaza: Shaws/CVS/Pet Shop/Starbucks/Christmas Tree Shop: 2.4 miles

First things first: be advised that this property has 3 levels: - 1st floor: FULL EQUIPPED kitchen, living/dining room area and a half bathroom. - 2nd floor: 2 Bedrooms (1 King Size and 1 Queen size bed) and 1 full bathroom. Both bedrooms have closets. Washer and dryer available on the second floor (GUESTS NEED TO BRING THEIR OWN LAUNDRY DETERGENT). - 3rd floor: 1 Master bedroom (King size bed) and 1 full bathroom (shower, bathtub, toilet and 2 sinks). Master Bedroom has a walk in closet and access to the full bathroom. - And last but not least...THE ROOFTOP WITH AMAZING VIEWS such as Pell Bridge, Ocean View/First Beach. Also, grab your blanket, your favorite drink and go up to the rooftop to watch the sunset while enjoying your mini vacation at our beautiful apartment! Parking space for 4 cars maximum. Please DO NOT park on the grass. Ps: To access the rooftop, you have to use exterior stairs outside of the apartment on the 3rd floor. There are a few stairs that are shared with the guests from the neighboring apartment. Once you get to the rooftop you'll have your own private designated space. This apartment entrance is on the back.

Our service fee: $15.00 (plus post office price for handling) Easton's Beach, located on Memorial Boulevard at the start of the Cliff Walk, is a 3/4 mile long surf beach with a board walk. Come relax and play in our beautiful white sand ocean beach- surf the waves, ride our beautiful 1950's carousel, visit Save the Bay Exploration Center and Aquarium, or get married in a gorgeous beach front ceremony and celebrate in our newly refurbished ballroom. Rosie's Beach Store carries daily rentals of beach chairs, boogie boards and umbrellas during the peak summer season. They also carry some of those items you may have forgotten....sunscreen, towels, buckets and pails! Seasonal public facilities include restrooms, indoor and outdoor showers, shade pavilion, playground, skate park, picnic and grill area, bike racks, first aid, carousel, an elevator and beach wheel chairs for persons with disabilities, snack bar and 2 public parking lots. - Quiet time 10PM-7AM. - Parties strictly prohibited. Fine: $1,000. - Party Confetti NOT ALLOWED in our premises (building and apartments). If used: $200 fine will be charged. - Smoking is NOT ALLOWED in our premises (anywhere in the building and apartments). If guests violate this rule there will be a $150 fine charged. - Pets not allowed. Fine: $350.
